About Agate Falls
Located in Ontonagon County in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Agate Falls drops over ancient sandstone ledges on the Middle Branch of the Ontonagon River. The site is managed by the Michigan DNR and is one of the most visited natural landmarks in the UP — accessible via a short trail from M-28.
